Mr. Will McKerall added to Sovriniti Board of Directors

Sovrinti is pleased to announce that Mr. Will McKerall has been added as a member of the Board of Directors beginning in July 2024. Mr. McKerall brings years of commercial and government business and executive leadership experience to the board.

Mr. McKerall is currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director of the Texas Facilities Commission which oversees the Construction, Maintenance and Leasing of buildings and structures across the State of Texas.  He oversees the Design and Construction of a $5 Billion program for the agency which he assumed in October 2023.  He came to TFC from Private Industry --  most recently as a Founding Partner and President of an Engineering Technology firm in Waco Texas.  Prior to his Private Industry experience, he served 32 years as a Seabee and Civil Engineer with the US Navy and Corps of Engineers in a variety of engineering and Chief Executive positions culminating as the DoD Director of Infrastructure & Environment for Europe and Africa. He filled numerous other Senior Leader Posts from 1998 to 2012 directing annual work volumes exceeding $2B.

He holds a BS & MS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, and has been published in ASTM and ACI Journals.  He has been married to his wife Grace since 1991 and they have 3 adult children, Rafael, Kristen, and Josh.
